If you’re pursuing a degree at University of Guelph in Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychology, Organizational Leadership (LANG School of Business) or an ERASMUS MUNDUS student, you are eligible to participate in OMS as part of your academic journey. We offer hands-on experiences that complement your coursework and provide invaluable practical insights into the world of organizational consulting.

While involvement with OMS may not be mandatory for all graduate programs, graduate students from other programs may have the opportunity to collaborate with us.
